Shannon is a qualified Massage and Tui Na practitioner and has been practicing as a massage therapist for three years. Prior to becoming a therapist, Shannon was a family lawyer, however, like many people, she found a stressful job created many chronic health problems. Seeking an alternative solution, Shannon tried acupuncture, and discovered the ability of Chinese Medicine to bring the body back into balance. This inspired Shannon to change directions and learn how to help others return to balance.
Shannon has completed a two-year Diploma of Tui Na (Traditional Chinese Massage), which combines western anatomy and muscular skeletal systems with the meridian system and philosophy which underpin Traditional Chinese Medicine.
